The 1930’s built villa set on two levels, is close to the beach and has spectacular panoramic sea views of
the bay of Cannes and the Îles de Lérins from its wonderful terrace area and infinity pool.
The Open plan lounge features a huge open wood fireplace, sofas, large TV/DVD with patio doors to the
terrace with patio furniture. There is an extra sitting room on the lower level with TV and door to the pool
and terrace area.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and patio doors to the terrace with sea views and an en-suite
dressing room and bathroom. Bedroom two is a double room, bedroom three is a double with bunk beds.
There is a separate bathroom for these rooms. Bedroom four is on the lower lever with en-suite bathroom.
