British jeweller Boodles welcomed star studded guests for society event of the year: The Boodles Boxing Ball raising £200,000 for charity. Following the success of recent years, society black tie event The Boodles Boxing Ball returned on 21st September, welcoming guests at the five star Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. Organised by James Amos, director of British jewellery brand Boodles, along with nightclub owner Charlie Gilkes, Hugh Van Cutsem, Jez Lawson, Bear Maclean, Alice Beaumont and Alex Macewen, the event welcomed a host of high profile and celebrity guests, including Harry Prince of Wales, Pippa Middleton, Princesses Beatrice and Eugene, Katherine Jenkins, Guy Ritchie, James Blunt, the entire Branson family, James Haskell and many more, all of whom were offering their support to the benefiting charity, Starlight Children’s Foundation. Throughout the evening guests enjoyed ‘edge-of-your-seat’ entertainment with six amateur boxing matches taking place between some of society’s familiar faces. In addition there was the option to take part in a lavish charity auction and a standout fashion-show from British fashion label Beulah, founded by Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Lavinia Brennan, who showcased their exclusive collection of evening gowns, adorned in pieces from Boodles’ high jewellery collection.
